This form is only for Gardenland Co-op, located in Winkler, Morden, Plum Coulee, Rosetown, Lowe Farm, St. Joseph & Rosenort. If you are a member of a different Co-op, please visit their website or speak to a member of their staff for their Kids Club information.

It is free to join for kids 12 and under! Once your kid is a member, they will receive birthday cards, coupons, invites to exclusive activities and contests! Kids Club information with be communicated to caregivers through the email address given on this form.
